The TourismusSuite Hotel offers a flexible and professional internet booking engine especially for hotel groups and cooperations. The IBE can be integrated into an existing hotel portal and into existing hotel websites quickly and easily.

The TourismusSuite's effectiveness for hotel groups and cooperations complies to a great extend with the product for single hotels. In addition, functions are provided which allow a consistent handling of various hotels on one platform. Hotels can be searched for by features or by region in a general hotel search. In case the hotel requested is not available, alternative hotels or dates are suggested to prevent the guest from switching to a different provider. The TourismusSuite Hotel is a multi tenant system which offers the possibility to handle various hotels on one platform. Running installations with more than 2.000 accommodations and more than 30.000 transactions a year prove the TourismusSuite Hotel is also suitable for the enterprise sector. Once a hotel has been activated on the platform, it can execute all update and maintenance tasks by using the management system (back office). Special management functions are restricted to the administrator only. |

The TourismusSuite Hotel allows a hotel group or cooperation to get started right away. In no
time standard components can be integrated into the hotel portal and be activated. If required the
TourismusSuite Hotel can be adapted individually to the needs of a hotel group.
