New TourismusSuite® 1.5 with a state of the art reservation system and CRM functions

This new version of the enterprise destination management system
put emphasis on the optimisation of the partner- and client relationship management tools as well
as on a simple and effective maintenance of room inventory and rates in the new integrated
reservation system.
The new reservation system enable the hotels and other to distribute their products through different distribution channels and that all simple as it can be. The new integrated marketing tools helps the destination building up a stronger relationship to their clients and guests and to reduce the number of clients booking through other portals.
The new reservation system
With the new reservation system the hotel as well as the call center agent of the destination
will have a flexible and powerful tool on their hand. With the multi rate and room inventory system
a specific distribution of all products is possible. No matter if it is a rack, weekend or
promotional rate, each can be attached to a defined room contingent.
With the intuitive handling of the browser surface, the maintenance of all rates is fast and
easy. Functions like minimum and maximum stay and closed to arrival belong to the wide range of
options as well as the handling of stay conditions for children or for the board.
The operation is, as it is well known from the TourismusSuite®, only with a standard web
browser. There is no need of specific plugin´s or other technologies. This makes
the TourismusSuite® fast and flexible.
New modules for a proactive client marketing
New integrated marketing tools should get the guest to use the service of the destination
again. Together with the booking confirmation the guest will get a tourist fact sheet with all
relevant information about the hotel and the destination. This way the guest can be informed about
the Restaurants in the neighbourhood and events during his stay in front of his
arrival.
The new pre- and after sales tools of the TourismusSuite® will help the destination to keep
in touch with the guest. Even more, the system will automatically inform him per email newsletter
or direct mailings about similar events or booking occasions.
The new Hotel IBE
With the new hotel internet booking engine the business relationship of the destination and
the hotels can be further improved. Especially smaller hotels
have a website but often not the opportunity to handle online booking on their website.
The Hotel IBE close this gap and provide the hotel in its own individual design with
the professional reservation system of the TourismusSuite®. This will be handled and provided by
the destination, which can offer special conditions for implementing the Hotel IBE to the partner
hotels
Objectives and outlook
With the version 1.5 of the TourismusSuite® an important step towards client- and partner
marketing is done. Following the motto “Strengthen the destination” we are progressing. Competence,
