Less work for the hotelier

In order to reduce the administration effort for the hotelier, the PMS operated in the hotel or in the hotel group is easily interfaced to the TourismusSuite. The hotelier as usual maintains all room rates and availabilities in his familiar environment. Each booking request will be determined in real time by the TourismusSuite from the hotel system. The results are provided to the guest along with the professional multi-language contents from the TourismusSuite.

The cache-mechanism developed specially for high booking requests ensures that the available services are promptly displayed only in the IBE. The guest can quickly complete his booking process without any complications. Using the TourismusSuite, the hotel services are ideally displayed in the new media and thus achieve significantly higher sales.
