The backoffice

The TourismusSuite can directly be used and is simple and intuitive to operate The back office is the control center of the TourismusSuite. All functions are provided via easy-to operated Web-Interface. In doing so, the user will always have access to the functions which have authorization. Due to the always recurring and intuitively operating functions, user will shortly orient himself in the system.

The integrated content management system (CMS) enables the management of several sites and the interaction of CMS and content modules always makes sure that the contents for search engines (SEO) are displayed in optimized manner. Any arte of additional information can be stored and linked in form of images and documents via the integrated image and object database.

The module is thus designed for the current and periodic maintenance of rates and quotas. Due to the easy and intuitive operating functions, a hotel can be shortly configured and made available for booking.

The booking module

The booking module of the TourismusSuite ensures an optimum sales of different touristic services With the TourismusSuite, wide range of booking modules is provided, with the help of which the touristic services can be marketed ideally via different sales channels. The integrated call center module for instance enables the individual customer service on telephone till the reservation of the requested service through an agent. Additional booking modules are always to be customized individually to the services to be marketed and can be integrated in an existing portal on request. No matter which booking module is used, a significant and professional booking confirmation will be sent to the customer at any time. If required, the respective module can be enhanced with the Internet-Payment Gateway-Module, by which a direct payment processing can be secured.

Following booking modules are available:

• Hotel-IBE: Reservation of hotel rooms and hotel additional services for adults and children
• Package-IBE: Booking of combined hotel arrangements
• Soko-IBE: Reservation of quotas for special target groups (congress members, groups etc.)

The customer relationship manager incl. direct marketing

Customer profiles can be directly used for the internal E-Mail-Newsletter or Mailing-moduleThe CRM-Module records all customer activities and will always inform about the current status and the sales generated with the customer. Furthermore, the profile for the Direct-Marketing-Module such as “E-Mail Newsletter” and “Mailing-Campaigns” can be extracted, if there is an approval from the customer-side for marketing actions.

The administration

Configure the TourismusSuite according to you own needs The TourismusSuite cannot be used intuitively from anywhere, it can be easily configured dynamically. Reservation confirmations as well other confirmations sent by the system are based on so-called system models and can be changed at any time. In addition to several additional functions, wide range of statistic and system functions are provided in order to maintain master data, which enables easy controlling of the entire system.
