Generally the TourismusSuite is provided and operated as a ASP serice by the TourismusSuite GmbH. However, the TourismusSuite can optionally be operated on the existing servers in the network of the customer.
More emphasis is already given on a high-performance processing of all processes while developing the TourismusSuite. The cache system developed specially for the booking system ensures that services determined automatically from external systems are delivered in short while and provided for reservation. In existing reference applications for example more than 80,000 booking per year are processed.
We develop solutions customized to the requirements of our customers in the high availability environment, operate this and monitor such configurations using the most recent technology around the clock. We then intervene if a problem emerges and not just when the system is already failed. Thereby we consider ourselves as 100% service provider and always listen to our customers and those who want to become our customer.
Yes. The TourismusSuite has unrestricted multi-language support and supports every officially registered world language. The TourismusSuite already maintains language versions of the booking system in German, English, French, Italian, Portuguese, Polish and Spanish languages. Additional languages can be added at any time in a short-time.
The TourismusSuite is already been used as hotel booking system and destinations management system successfully since 2004 for internationally operating companies. Based on the success, active marketing of the product was started in mid 2010.

Hotel / Hotel group
No. The IBE components of the TourismusSuite can be easily integrated in an already existing website if required. Generally, the integration is done in close co-operation with the web or consultant agency, who has developed the website. The website can be operated after integrating the TourismusSuite as before without restrictions.
No. Depending on the requirement, the combination and number of rooms to be booked in one step can be arbitrarily set in a booking step. Even different room categories can be easily realized in a reservation step (small groups) and are determined with good performance of the TourismusSuite via the intelligent cache system.
Yes. The TourismusSuite was specially developed for individual hotels and hotel groups. We provide special attractive and innovative solutions for individual hotels. The flexible and scalable system architecture of the TourismusSuite ensures that this customizes uniformly to the requirements of an individual hotel or a hotel group.
Yes. Generally the TourismusSuite determines the availability and prices in real time directly from the hotel software (PMS) used by the hotel. Hence double maintenance is not necessary. Verify the partner section of this website whether your hotel system is supported. If your hotel software is not specified, please contact us.
All incoming bookings are also sent automatically to the hotel per email. All incoming bookings, cancellations and modifications are automatically sent to the PMS while using an interface for the hotel software and the inventory is updated there. If the hotel uses the rates and quota system of the TourismusSuite, the hotelier can comfortably view at any time the occupancy status in the management system of the TourismusSuite.
Destination
Generally each service provider has an access to the back office of the TourismusSuite, where a comfortable and efficient system is provided to register the availabilities and prices. Alternatively, even the efficient interfaces can also be used for the property management system (PMS) of the hotel. Check the partner section whether your hotel system is supported. Tour operator
All services that are merged into a package, must be stored in the TourismusSuite. An access can be provided to the suppliers of touristic services, via which all services can be performed comfortable via the back office of the TourismusSuite.
The TourismusSuite has an efficient and standardized interface technology which enables it to link multiple external systems arbitrarily to the TourismusSuite. However, currently still no linking to GDS or other external systems are available.
